What I Do ?


Only pay when I succeed. This package charges 10% of the hired candidate’s annual salary with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If things don’t work out in the first 90 days, the fee will be waived.


Flexible, on-demand fractional tech headhunting support tailored to your needs. My hourly fee model at $35 per hour gives you control, adaptability and gives you solid results with 10 hours per week.

Is a technical assessment conducted on candidates by you?
No, I do not conduct technical assessments on candidates. I understand that each of my clients has specific technical assessments or interview processes in place, and I wish to avoid having candidates undergo multiple technical evaluations or assignments. This approach ensures that candidates are not overburdened, and clients can assess candidates based on their unique criteria and standards.
What aspects are covered in your pre screening process?
During prescreening, we focus on several critical factors to ensure candidates are a good fit for your needs. These include proficient English communication skills, matching technology skill requirements, alignment with expected salary ranges, and availability based on notice periods.
